Oil Consumption / Burn26 Sep 2005 14:58 GMT19
I have a 96 corolla with 335,000 KM and its had a considerable amount
of oil consumption lately (about 1 litre every 500km).   It doesn't
smoke at a cold startup, only when you coast down a hill and start off
again at the bottom.  It'll leave a big cloud of blue smoke.  The

Water is flowing through one of the levees. It started out as a "capping"
where the water goes over the top, but they are now saying that there is a

How to lubricate door hinges - 93 Camry26 Sep 2005 00:51 GMT7
My local repair shop used WD-40 to lubricate the door hinges on my 93 Toyota
Camry and it did not last long.  How can I do this myself?  I can't see the
hinges or how to get to them because of the rubber covers.  Also, I  am not
sure which lubricant works best.  Thanks.

I need to replace one of the backup light bulbs on an 02 Corolla. I asked
a toyota mechanic how to do it, and he said remove the whole backup light
from the truck lid. I did that but it sure doesn't look like it comes
apart.

Toyota special orders - finding largest dealers24 Sep 2005 07:03 GMT1
Supposedly, getting a Toyota special order completed in a reasonably timely
manner happens most easily if you go through a dealer with a very large
inventory of cars ordered every month.
1.  Can anyone confirm if this is true?
