saw my first Prius up close today16 Sep 2005 22:27 GMT3
I even sat in it and "started" the engine.  Quite an impressive interior,
high degree of quality in the fit and finish department.  The driver's seat
seemed to lack support, but I didn't have the time to really play around
with it.
1997 Toyota 4Runner Alarm16 Sep 2005 18:38 GMT1
My Toyota RS3000 car alarm works and I can program it with the remote
but I can't arm amd disarm the alarm with the remote or start the panic
mode.  Does anyone know what the problem could be?
Thanks.
Prius16 Sep 2005 18:08 GMT1
I would like to hear from a Prius owner what their experience has been
regarding this car. How is it to drive and start in the winter in a cold
climate with significant snow? How does it handle, start  in cold snowy, icy
weather?
A**holes speak louder than words16 Sep 2005 16:54 GMT29
We are all still waiting for Learning Richard, who appears not to have
learned anything since he appeared on this newsgroup, to eat his words, to
wit, that he would call President Bush great if he took full responsibility
for the mess in New Orleans. . . . .

Previa front sunroof leaking16 Sep 2005 00:20 GMT3
I have a 3 year old previa with a leak from the front sunroof (the one
which just hinges open a couple of inches) I suspect that the sunroof
drain holes may be blocked. But as the sunroof panel is hinged I can't see
how to remove and inspect.

changed the model year over.
Hey, Ray! Are you familiar with...15 Sep 2005 20:44 GMT3
TLS Brookfield? The only Brookfield I know of is near Ware.
If I had known there was a TLS in Brookfield, I would have applied there
YEARS ago, when I lived in Ware and was out of work!
I may STILL apply there, although it is a ride from where I live now!
Highlander Fog Lights15 Sep 2005 20:30 GMT17
Hey all,
Do any of you know if there will be a "fog light package" for the
Highlander made by Toyota ? ( For example the Camry has a Toyota made
package available)
1990 Celica Sputtering15 Sep 2005 16:42 GMT1
a few days ago my 1990 Celica struggled to start up and when it it, it
sputtered badly.  Before this she purred like a kitten.  It has 172K
miles.  Now if I accelerate slowly, it runs ok, but if I give it much gas,
it hesitates and kindof studdors. It has about half the getup it had ...
Corolla driving position question15 Sep 2005 16:03 GMT12
I test drove a 2006 Corolla this weekend and like the car a lot, except
for one thing: the position of the steering wheel.  When I got the seat
back to where my legs were comfortable, I found the reach to the
steering wheel to be farther than is comfortable.  The wheel seems very ...
acetone for better gas mileage?15 Sep 2005 11:02 GMT17
http://www.lubedev.com/smartgas/faq.htm
This guy says acetone mixed with fuel in cars increases mileage 15% to
35%.  He mentions the Prius getting 63 MPH after using this as one of
his examples.
