GM leaving town30 Nov 2005 21:59 GMT45
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- General Motors (GM) Monday said it now plans to
eliminate 30,000 manufacturing positions from 2005 through 2008 as part of
an effort to reduce its assembly capacity in North America. It expects the
staff reduction to come mostly through attrition and ...
93 Corolla30 Nov 2005 17:13 GMT4
I have a 1993 Corolla and I am having problems with the heat on the inside
of the car. The radiator seems fine, there appears to be no leak and the
hoses don't seem tight. I was thinking that it may be the thermostat but
that did not solve the problem. Does anyone know anything else ...
What is a Fuel Suction Hose ??30 Nov 2005 15:19 GMT5
I have been having a problem with my 2004 Sienna Van since I bought it.
It has about 80K on it. If I drive the car and then park it, wait about
an hour to two hours, it will not start on the first crank. eg. If you
keep cranking the engine will not start. If you stop cranking and ...
Matrix Winter Tires30 Nov 2005 05:41 GMT2
I have an '06 Matrix XRS. It is equipped with 215/50 R17 tires.
Will a 15" steel Toyota rim fit my Matrix? If it will fit I can get
much cheaper, but still good quality winter tires for my car.
TIA
I have a question about the movie "Yours, Mine and Ours"30 Nov 2005 03:45 GMT25
In the movie Rene Russo has 10 kids and there are scenes where she is
intimate with
Dennis Quaid. My question is how can you have sex with a woman who has
birthed 10 kids?
Camry trim30 Nov 2005 02:30 GMT1
Hi all.  I think I can save between $600 and
$1,000 if I buy a Standard Camry compared to a
Camry LE.
Can anyone tell me if the Standard Camry's
Availability of Prius w/o big premium?30 Nov 2005 00:43 GMT4

Does anyone know of a dealer that has Prius to sell, without charging
premium on price, or requiring 6 month wait?

mercedies C24029 Nov 2005 23:56 GMT1
I have got a C class mercedies with a 2.5liter deisel engine automatic. it
drives fine when crusing but it will not drive more than 50 miles/hour.
and that includes puting your foot right down to the floor.
I have change the fuel filter and
4Runner Brakes29 Nov 2005 16:57 GMT5
I have a 1998 4Runner and need some opinions on brakes.
First, my front rotors are warped and are in need of replacement.  I
have owned several Toyotas in the past, and this seems to be a common
theme, the OEM brake rotors just don't seem to last.  FYI, I had them
2004 Sienna XLE Power Back Door problem29 Nov 2005 15:37 GMT2
The power back door on my 2004 Sienna XLE is not working right.  Right
after it fully opens, it starts to close by itself.  The first time it
happened, it almost pinned my daughter down while she was grabbing some
groceries in the back.  Good thing I was able to push the switch from
Keyless remote add-ons29 Nov 2005 07:07 GMT1
I have a '96 Toyota Camry with a third party alarm/keyless entry system
installed by the previous owner. It's an obscure brand that has just about
died (both original remotes and one duplicate all no longer function). I
noticed that universal keyless remotes/alarm systems are ...
Trouble filling gas tank29 Nov 2005 01:33 GMT4
Is anyone in California having trouble filling their gas tank with the new
fill nozzles with the vapor boot compression requirement?  My '05 Prius
won't let the nozzle go deep enough to satisfy the compression spec, so the
nozzle cuts off delivery. What can we do about this?
Engine Startup Question29 Nov 2005 01:31 GMT2
This may sound like a silly question....but here goes.  When my car was
new and I turned the key to start the engine, the only thing that would
light up on the dashboard was the icon showing the seatbelt was
fastened (or not).  As time went by, that changed and when I turned on
2005 Celica28 Nov 2005 23:35 GMT3
We all know now this is the end of an era, and I've not seen any
special deals in the UK to encourage purchase of the last stocks....
Would it be a bad (financial) move to buy a new car that's not being
continued?
