I have an 88 toyota camary 4cyl. I recently had a friend help me change the spark plugs, plug wires, distibutor cap and rotor. But now it stalls out and I have to let it sit for about 20 mins before it will start and drive again. It usually starts acting up when I stop at a

Remember what I said about the Chinese? Funny, how a lot of our citites are scrawling, and the Chinese have: BEIJING -- Ah, those clever Chinese. First they invent gunpowder and a few other essentials of modern civilization. Now they're gunning their

| Radio harness 'adapter' on a '90 Corolla? | 06 Nov 2005 22:17 GMT | 12 |
Ok, don't mock me... but I'd like to hook an iPod up to my '90 Corolla. There are plenty of iPod auto kits, but none for my ancient clunker. I am more of an electrical/computer guy than a car guy, is there any way to hook it up, or will I need to purchase a radio with an audio in

| 93 Geo Prizm (Toyota Corolla) acting speedometer | 06 Nov 2005 14:41 GMT | 3 |
I have read some postings but I'm not sure what the problem is since I haven't seen anybody with this particular behaviour. After some radiator/timing belt job, the car's speedometer started acting weird. It shows 0 MPH until I reach 40 - 50 MPH. When I reach

| 2003 Corolla Check Engine Light | 05 Nov 2005 05:10 GMT | 5 |
My Corolla has the check engine light on. The gas cap was loose, so I tightened it and the light remains on. Assuming that was the problem, how long does it take for the computer to figure out the gas cap is on and tight?

| what year had most room? | 05 Nov 2005 05:01 GMT | 56 |
I'm 7'3" tall. Every couple years I go to the auto show to see what may fit me better than others. external size of car usually has little to do with this and some econoboxes are suprisingly roomy. Of course I run into other problems.

I'm hoping to get a few more miles out on my 1990 Toyota wagon since we only put about 50 miles a week on it and use it only locally. However I've replaced the alternator 4 times in 2 years time. Eachtime the car comes to a dead stop while on the road driving. After replacing the

| Because it is a truck? | 04 Nov 2005 06:46 GMT | 3 |
Driving a truck is nothing unusual to me since I have done it in the last 10 years. From previous Ford Bronco to the 2004 Sequoia. One thing I still do not understand is that truck like to get warm up more a car.
