question on 2004 Sequoia lights04 Nov 2005 06:40 GMT1
Two questions come to mind after comparing my 2004 Sequoia to wife's T&C
van.
First, the Toyota Sequoia does not light up when door is opened at the front
passenger side.  Is there ever any light exist over there?
Camry front piece is broken04 Nov 2005 01:25 GMT8
The front piece on my Camry - with Toyota logo on it - is broken.
It's a 2000 Camry CE.  How much does it coast to replace the piece?
And is it important to fix it right away?  I'm thinking with this
piece broken, people can gain access to everything under the hood if I

Question: Swiching Insurance Co.03 Nov 2005 15:37 GMT31
Been with GEICO for past 8 consecutive years.
I have excellent record.
Another company, AIG,  offers me a rate that's about $150 less than the
"best" GEICO can do.
looking at Toyota w/ 400,000 mls03 Nov 2005 13:26 GMT18
I am looking at a 1991 Toyota as a starter car for my daughter - it
has 400,000 miles on it.  Am I crazy to even think about it?  Also
does anyone have a step by step guide on what I should be looking for
when buying a used car? I am a single woman with a little experience
OK, Interesting...Supra tranny decides to shift all of a sudden....03 Nov 2005 05:49 GMT3
Yesterday. Discovered the transmission will shift from 1st to whatever
gear the selelctor is in. If I have the shifter in "2", the tranny will
shift 1-2. If I have it in drive, it shifts 1-4.
Now I know the 1-2 solenoid was OK, but the ECT ECU is still throwing a

Best price for a new Corolla CE03 Nov 2005 00:47 GMT1
Anyone have a good feel for prices on Corollas? Is it possible to get a
brand new Toyota Corolla CE, automatic tranny, power locks/windows, air
CD for around $13,900?
Oil companies collusion, again03 Nov 2005 00:36 GMT80
Looks like the oil companies are in collusion again, they setting prices in
lock step.  There should be a government  investigation of the outrage.  If
one drop the price the rest follow, some have even lowered the price
twice on the same day.    As low as $2.49 a gallon is ...
Sequoia glass good?02 Nov 2005 14:38 GMT29
I am always wondering how is the quality of my 2004 Sequoia windshield glass
quality.  It is less than two years old with around 40,000miles on it.  The
glass seems to have some kind of sparkles while seeing it against the sun.
The windshield is most of the time cleaned very well ...
Celica GT (2004) Question regarding drainage holes02 Nov 2005 06:55 GMT7
When it rains, and the water enters the air vent area, under the
windshield wipers,
1.  Where does the water go?
2.  There are drainage holes---how BIG are they?
All-season or snow tires?02 Nov 2005 05:34 GMT6

Best trailer hitch for toyota passenger car02 Nov 2005 02:18 GMT2
Looking for ideas on the kind of hitch to put on the back of a 98
Camery or 89-94 Cressida to pull a small trailer. (Motorcycle or very
small utility trailer, well less than 2000 lbs)
Toyota Highlander 05 Towing wiring02 Nov 2005 00:13 GMT1
I ordered a hitch from etrailer.com and a converter from Toyota but was
unable to locate a wiring harness.  I made a few failed attempts to
order an OEM wiring harness and then decided to just make one myself.
I took an existing 4 way wiring harness and cut off the vehicle side
