Matrix vs. Yaris 3-dr  ?? can't decide!24 Jan 2006 22:35 GMT6
Ok.  I need to replace my current vehicle with something that's functional,
cool, and great on fuel.  I'm 34, single, male and have a long commute to
work.  I need something comfortable (I drive a Volvo now, and it's quite
comfortable).
Keys for 2006 Sienna24 Jan 2006 18:17 GMT3
I just bought a 2006 Sienna - didn't pick it up yet.  It comes with two
master keys and keyless entry transmitters and one valet key.
About how much do spare keys cost?  What about a spare transmitter?
Can a locksmith copy these keys or must I get it from Toyota?

My one grandfather (the top) said to my other grandfather (the bottom),
"I wish I could quit yeeew".
Our family coat of arms has a buttless pair of chaps in it.
Crawling Toyota Camry24 Jan 2006 05:09 GMT4
I have a 1990 Toyota Camry DX, 140,000 miles, 4 cylinder engine,
automatic transmission. I've owned it for the past 4 months. While the
car has always been kind of gutless, it's recently reached a crisis
state. When you come to a complete stop, the car literally crawls ahead
Spare for 2006 Sienna LE FWD24 Jan 2006 03:00 GMT2
I'm buying a FWD 2006 Sienna LE (that comes with a spare).
I have a couple of temporary spares in the garage (from GM cars, I
think)
that seem to accomodate assorted lug patterns since they have many
Toyota 1MZ Cyclinder Heads24 Jan 2006 02:43 GMT4
Does anyone know if heads from a 2002 Toyota Highlander engine (1MZ)
interchange or fit onto a 1995 Toyota Avalon engine block (1MZ)?
Are For Sale / Auction notices allowed...?24 Jan 2006 02:34 GMT3
Are For Sale or For Auction notices allowed here...? If not, which is
the best group.
Many thanks
Recommended Toyota service in west Raleigh/Cary, NC?24 Jan 2006 02:04 GMT5
A friend's 1988 Toyota Camry has what I think is a broken front CV
joint.
Can anyone recommend a local repair shop in Raleigh or Cary?
The car is in west Raleigh, near Cary, at the moment. This Camry has
2000 corolla seat belt light24 Jan 2006 00:43 GMT6
My selt belt light  flashes when I put on my selt belt and when I take
it off it goes off. It is backwards. I looked in the owners manual on
how to fix this and the only thing I have seen is it tells me to take it
to the dealer for repair. Well, I know that is going to be over $100 ...
98 Camry and Blue Book Value Observation23 Jan 2006 21:57 GMT6
I'm in the market for another car and am considering a Camry.  (I'm also
considering Prizms, Civics, and a few Nissans)  Ive noticed a couple of
things around my area with regards to Toyotas.
1. Most of the cars offered for sale are over 100,000 (but I found a 98
Acetone added to gasoline for better fuel efficiency?23 Jan 2006 19:35 GMT40
I heard a rumor that you can add a couple ounces of
acetone to 10 gallons of gas and achieve greater
fuel efficiency.
Can anyone tell me if they've tried this and what
toyota entering nextel cup?23 Jan 2006 19:28 GMT20
Rumor has it Toyota will enter NASCAR Nextel Cup racing in 2007 with
the Camry.  I heard Michael Waltrip will be one of the drivers.  My
sources say Ford, GM, and Dodge had to hand over motors to Toyota for
them to study and create their own.

Celica surges under load23 Jan 2006 18:04 GMT1
I have a 1990 Toyota Celica GT, 5spd, 5sfe engine (unmodified). It has
just over 80,000 miles on it. Bought the car April 2003 with 48,000
miles. When I'm going up a hill it starts to surge (or buck) under
steady accelleration. If I give it more gas it appears to  go away.
Diesel hybrid23 Jan 2006 17:57 GMT4
Anybody hear anything about Toyota and Diesel hybrid.  I heard it was
going to be a truck, a one ton or more.
