Shap Manual - Fair Price18 Jan 2006 03:36 GMT5
My 2000 Avalon has a too lean condition which was diagnosed by "qslim"
(thanks, btw) as most probably a mass air volume sensor. Anyhow, I got to
thinking that I don't even know where to find the MAVS on the *&^%^ car!
Anyhow, I looked on eBay for a shop manual and found only one. ...
'07 versus '0618 Jan 2006 01:56 GMT19
I've decided I'd rather have a new '06 Camry from Japan instead
of a more stylish '07 Camry from Georgetown--just my personal
preference (I'm sure both cars are great machines).
Of course, the best of both worlds would be to buy the

Want reliability and durability (my present vehicle is 14 yr old).  Is
Scion up to it (it's a Toyota, right?).  How about Echo ( or wait for

Corolla front corner light bulb change17 Jan 2006 06:14 GMT2
Can someone explain how to remove the front right corner light on a

How to remove/replace 2002 RAV4 tail light assembly?17 Jan 2006 05:05 GMT1
Lens is broken on right rear tail light of 2002 RAV4.  Since one can

Lexus R400h17 Jan 2006 03:33 GMT3
I just got my new Lexus RX400h, and returned to the dealer the
next day, with the complaint that I couldn't figure out how the
radio worked. The salesman explained that the radio was voice
activated.
98-99 Land Cruiser seat question17 Jan 2006 02:36 GMT2
Has anybody in the US or Canada seen a 1998-1999 Land Cruiser with
cloth seats?  According to my Toyota brochures I have from those years,
cloth came standard in those years with leather optional (as it
*SHOULD* be).  It seems that every LC from 98-99 (after 2000 leather

Lincoln Zephyr or Avalon?16 Jan 2006 18:17 GMT33
Debating which would be the better.
The Av seems to be popular, well built, well, equipped, and fast.
The Lincoln is interesting in its own ways.
Anyone tried both yet?  I hear the Linc is a bit wheezy under the hood.
