My 91 Previa's gas fill pipe is rusted out, or so it would seem from all the gas that drips/gushes out while its being filled. How hard is it to remove/replace?

Can anyone tell me how to remove my inside door panel so I replace a broken drivers side door handle? I have removed all the screws holding the panel in place, but the window winder is giving me some troubles. How do you remove the winder??

Can you help me diagnose what is causing heavy shimmy upon braking? My '98 4Runner 2WD with about 50K miles is vibrating heavily when braking at highway speeds. It does not vibrate under any other conditions. The cause is perplexing me.

I'm new here. Just got a used 05 Matrix XR w. 4 spd. auto transmission. It says in the manual to always use overdrive to boost gas mileage and reduce noise. I mostly drive in urban settings, and it seems driving w/out the overdrive offers a little more responsive. Am I right, or
