My 1989 Corolla is an automatic. I'd like to put in a manual transmission, if possible. If so, I need to know if there are problems involved with switching trannies in this model. Is there a bulleton or manual or magazine article that might cover the procedure? JDO

Is there any way to program a 06 Highlander Limited so that when the gear shift is put in drive that the doors lock? And when put in park the doors are unlocked? This happens on my 06 Sienna, so I'm hoping the Highlander could do it too.
