Everything started a couple of days ago where the car would start fine
but the starter would grind before I could back off the key. Then all
of a sudden it doesn't start at all. I checked the batery and needed
replacement. Also changed the terminals and cleaned any corrosion. The

The mechanic is telling me that my 1991 Tercel's engine is running too
fast and that he needs to change the alternator belt. What the bad
effects of not changing it?

service centre, the guy said that all it was, was an oil change and that it

Took the Supra to work today. The speedo never quite worked right and on
the way to work it failed entirely.
Went to get a cup of coffee...no wallet. Oh, jeeze. Now, I had cash in my

I changed the oil in my 98 Camry 4Cyl 70k mi yesterday and found foam
in the drain pan.  I realize that this may be an indication of cracked
block.  Is there a test to determine if the foam is caused by coolant.
The oil has been changed consistantly every 3000 mi with the

My car was broken into and they ripped the wires off the rear window
defogger switch when they pulled the radio console. Now I don't know
which wire goes where! Went to the local dealership and they didn't

Hello where can i find the VIN on a 1992 LS Lexus. I believed the car
was involved in an accident before, the driver side door was changed,
and i just couldn't find the VIN on the door or the front. Any
suggestion?

OK My son in law hooked the battery the wrong way, guess what it won't fire,
it just turns over with no fire. we chnaged out the one fuse 85amp nothing.
does anyone have any suggestions? it is a 1991 toyota camry
