Ever since I change the battery of my 2002 Sienna, the red LED for the car alarm is lit all the time. The LED is ON no matter I activate or deactivate the car alarm. The alarm itself works normally though. Does anyone know how to reset the alarm such that the LED is blinking when

I was going to change my Timing belt on my 1990 Toyota 4x4 pickup next week while I was on holidays since it has 103,000 km (64,000 miles) on the belt. The engine has 400,000 km (250,000 miles) on it. I guess I waited to long. I pulled out to pass someone on the highway and the ...

| Tercel running too warm-hot | 29 Jun 2006 16:21 GMT | 14 |
I just had the water pump on my ' 85 Tercel replaced, along with the thermostat. I noticed right away that it was running twice as warm as it had been with the rattling water pump. Going up a hill, it got to 3/4 warm.

| Engine revving at startup | 29 Jun 2006 14:19 GMT | 2 |
When I startup my 2004 Toyota Camry, especially when the engine is cold, it goes up to 2200 rpm for some 10 seconds. Then it goes to 1600-1400. After a few minutes of driving, it seems to idle at 700-800 rpm or so, but even slight acceleration is always at 1500-1800.

| Clock & passenger seat belt warning blank on 02 Sienna | 28 Jun 2006 22:36 GMT | 1 |
The display for the clock and the passenger seat belt warning is blank. The manual indicates that the fuse for this display is the same as the dome light. The fuse checks o.k., the dome lights work. The repair manual indicates if it isn't the fuse, replace the clock. (I'd put a

I'm looking at a 1996 Avalon for my daughter (I have a 2000 and like it). Anyhow, the 96 has 134,000 miles. Everything works and it drives well. The interior is a little rough (2 young children) but I think it will clean up well. The guy wants $4,500 for it but I could probably ...
