Can anyone tell me where to find the low side plug of the air

I have tried, but damm if I can't get this sucker running-
A few weeks ago, it just would not start.  It turns over but no spark-
I changed in order, Ignitor (thing in distributor 4 wires about a
$115), coil (in distributor), swapped a aluminum housing module under

I see to screws at the bottom if those are removed does the pannel
just  pop off then. Looks like it would seperate just below the arm
rest.

I posted this on alt.autos.gm more than a day ago and have not received a
response yet.  I am hoping that I am overlooking something easy or obvious.

I just recently bought a 96 Tacoma.  The battery was recently
disconnected, (before I bought it).  When I took it in for emissions it
failed because 3 sensors are in the "Not Ready" state.  It's been driven
about 400 miles or more since the computer was reset but the codes are
