To my disappointment, chilton nor haynes have a repair manual for tercels 1995 or later. I am a newbie, short of forking over money for the factory repair manual, are there substitutes I can use? There is a manual for the 1982-1994 tercels, but how relevant is it to my 1997

Is it true that when a private party sells a used car will claim it as a gift (in California) so that both parties can avoid paying a tax? This sounds like a law not worth breaking. But its been suggested to me that "everyone" does it this way and that my buyer will expect to do it

I have a toyotal corolla r reg. The side lights will not come on but all other lights work ok. The 15 amp fuse keeps blowing - all four bulbs appear to be ok any ideas thankyou
