I have a problem that appeared gradually last month. when I first strt driving the car, less than 2 miles, I have plenty of heat. After I hit the highway (5-6 miles), the heat drops off to "warm". I have to raise the temp to 80+ to get anything.

I'm not even sure what this part is called. It the a flat rod assembly that keeps the rear cargo door from swinging open too far. When you open the rear door you can see it between the upper and lower hinges.

now why would one want to have the key and not the remote ...just wishing there was an aftermarket remote with switchblade key all-in-one (like jetta) ...seems some other toyota models have nicer fobs ...couldn't they makem werk for the highlander and sellem as an accessory??
