07 camry transmissions?10 Dec 2006 04:58 GMT3
Prefer a SE w/5speed manual but can't seem to get it w/traction and
stability control.  2nd choice would be V6 automatic but have read about
issues with the automatic transmission.  Anyone have any ideas or commments.
DuraCrap wires?10 Dec 2006 02:36 GMT10

Tires: Bridgestone Dueler Alenza vs. Michelin LTX for Highlander09 Dec 2006 14:51 GMT13

am in the Northeast, so I have to contend with snow, ice and rain. I
would trade a little tread life for more comfort/less noise.

OBD II scan tool recommendations, and evap repair question?09 Dec 2006 05:36 GMT7
My 98 Camry's check engine light came on.  It has the 4-cylinder engine.
The good folks at AutoZone read the codes for me.  They are P0441 and
P0446, my Toyota shop manuals say they are evaporative emmission control
system stuff.  I have not attempted to repair this yet.  I did ...

that the US has embargoed all foreign cars, including those made in the US)
and going further, all foreign cars have been confiscated by the US
government.

etc.)
Somewhere along the line someone may have put in an incorrect
2004 Camry Driver Seat08 Dec 2006 17:15 GMT2
I'm having a safety problem with my 2004 Camry.  My driver seat is
sliding.  I took it to the Toyota dealership to complain and they
fixed, they said "it was a loose bolt".  2 months later, the same thing
happened and they said that the tracking (left side tracking) for my

{OT}  imminent power change in iran08 Dec 2006 00:41 GMT1
This could be an interesting next few months.  Although I'm sure he has
hand-picked his successor there will be lots of power struggles going
on and maybe some more rational people will come to the forefront.
