Bought used a year and half ago, have all paperwork for all maintenance
ever to done to it. Had catalytic converter cut off 2 weeks ago. Last
Friday, got in it, drove it a short distance and parked for about 4
hours. When I got back in it, it started fine and then acted like it

i just adjusted the valves on freinds 22re with an rv cam(oversized),
now the number 2 cylinder is not firing. spark plug is sparking, when
that plug is removed there is no gas coming out of the spark plug
hole, shouldn’t there be if that cylinder is getting gas? why would

I have a toyota tercel that wont start. I got the car for free and can't
figure it out. It won't click like it is trying to start, it will make one
click and it won't do anything else. it is a manual transmission and the
1.5 liter motor. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

i took my 94 corolla to the shop and now the light ( ! ) on the
dashboard comes and goes, what does it means???

The engine malfunction light came on in my 2003 Celica. Main dealer
says a new VVTi controller is needed at a cost of appx £600. No other
symptoms or problems. Anyone else had this?

Got hit by a rock the other day while driving on highway. It left a
small nick ,is there any way to polish it out or and stuff you can

Hell, one of these days I'll go find Jay Leno's "secret" garage over
in Burbank and ogle.  If he fires up the stationary steam engine he's
restoring, I can triangulate with a parabolic microphone...

My car is an automatic Toyota Corolla 1989 It only drives in one speed
very slow.  It doesnt want to switch to the next gear.  While I was
driving home it just all of a sudden died down but still runs good.
It just wont switch gears.  I checked all the spark plugs and there

Question One: Thought the clutch was slipping (noticed this twice).
Nothing unusual now for a week. Could this still be a bad clutch?; In
other words, will this happen slowly (slipping) over time? Or will a
clutch just begin slipping and then the whole process goes quickly,

how do you remove the dash cover that goes over the radio and heater ?
do you just pull it off ? I cant seem to find any screws. I need to
get to the heater controls and also want to get to the stereo to
replace it.
