I have a 1984 toyota pickup. The check engine light comes on sometimes. Can you read the trouble codes with out having a scanner? I know on my old GM, you could take a paper clip and cross two terminals on the ecm connector and read the codes as they flashed.

I'm looking into buying a 2003 Rav4 (4wd) with no ABS. I live in Toronto where it can get quite slippery in the winter and I am concerned about not having ABS. My questions are - is it better to have the ABS option? Is it necessary to have ABS if I have 4 wheel

| Fuel cover release cable | 28 Mar 2007 16:38 GMT | 3 |
I have a 1996 Toyota Celica. I think that the cable from the release lever by the driver’s seat through to the fuel cover on the rear nearside wing has snapped. "Someone" may have pulled it up too energetically and now it is just flapping. Consequently I cannot open

1988 Supra. There are two exhausts listed: California, for about 159.00, and Federal, for about $217.00. Obviously, it would be nice to get away with the Calif trans! But, the car is Canadian!! I have no idea which one to put on it.

I got a 2003 Corolla about 4 1/2 years ago and we just picked up a 2007 Matrix XR for the wife. So far, so good, but there are some things about it that disappoint me right off the bat. If you're not into whining, please skip to the next post. :-)
