Did you buy a Toyota Yaris this year? How much did you pay the dealer?
My dealer is offering a quote for $12825 /-

1992 4Runner Brake Problem30 Apr 2007 06:54 GMT2
I have recently changed my brake system which included, calibers,
rotors, lines, brakes. Since I did this change, I was losing brake
pressure in the lines so I changed the master cylinder. I have changed
the master cylinder 3 times, and this last time, it lasted a little

I'm interested in leasing a Toyota Prius for 2-3 years?  Is the cara
available for short-term leasing?  For some reason, it doesn't seem to
be available for leasing.

Alarm on '89 Cressida goes off spontaneously29 Apr 2007 07:04 GMT1
Over the last few years, the alarm on my '89 Cressida would go off
spontaneously from time to time, over the last several months it's
getting more frequent and I need to deal with it. I've noticed that
sometimes the alarm light on the dash will stay lit and it seems to be
To adjust hot or cold?28 Apr 2007 22:50 GMT3
Continuing on with a thread that disappeared somewhere...
OK, Teggers was pointing out that valve lash should be adjusted when cold.
This has how I have undertaken it on several motorcycles as getting it to
temp with the cams out, tank off etc to get at the shims is impossible
R.I.P. Jim Moran the Courtesy Man and Toyota distributor28 Apr 2007 17:52 GMT11

I remember seeing commercials for his Ford dealership as I was growing up.
Later, I had the privilege to meet him on a few occasions.  For a
billionaire, Mr. Moran was a very down-to-earth person.  At dealer meetings,
{OT:} ROSIE SCORES A GOOD ONE!!28 Apr 2007 04:02 GMT97
I can't believe I'm the one posting this. Rosie O'Donnell more or less
told Sheryl Crow where to 'get off the bus', so to speak.
Reacting to Crow's call you use one sheet of toilet paper, Rosie's
response was, "Has she seen the size of my @$$??!"
A weird nightmare....28 Apr 2007 03:34 GMT6
...I dreamed I test drove a Yukon.  The brakes were soft, and the steering
was really unstable.  The fuel gauge was dummy-buzzing, I was swearing the
whole time, and barely missed plowing down people, trees, etc.
My own dream analysis on that is the combination of my reading you ...
'94 4Runner woes...serious woes.28 Apr 2007 00:55 GMT3
My '94 SR5 4Runner window will not roll down!
I had this problem when I first got the truck 4 years ago. I fixed it by
replacing the rear-window drive motor and the rear-window ECU relays.
The strange thing is that it will roll up...just not down. I'm pretty good
green cars27 Apr 2007 22:24 GMT25
The May 2007 edition of Popular Science has an article titled
Green-Fuel Guide where they give a description of gasoline alternative
vehicles that they predict will be in use by 2027.  They also give an
estimated market share of these technologies and their pros and cons.
Parking brake pedal27 Apr 2007 22:20 GMT2
I have test-driven a Highlander, and I'd like to buy one. The problem
is, my left leg keeps bumping into the parking brake pedal. Is there
any way to move/modify the pedal? I'd hate for such a small problem to
keep me from buying the car.
corolla special parts27 Apr 2007 19:12 GMT1
Hi, the scrapyard has a lovely 94 corolla special. I'm already enjoying its
speakers. Just wondering about compatibility with a base model 95 corolla, i.e.
is this just a trim level designation?
Would it have a sway bar I could take? Are the brake calipers better (they are
