Does anyone around here know if I can buy wholesale genuine OEM Toyota parts? Do you have to be a Toyota dealer to buy direct from Toyota? Who do you contact or where do you have to go to get info on that? Hope someone can help me out. Thanks in advance.

I know this sounds silly, but could anyone help me with this question? I have two metal clamps that I can open up, but couldn't open the chamber wide enough to change the filter as the other side of the air chamber is hinged and there are lots of hoses close making it
