Life expectancy of timing belt idler and wheel bearings on '89 Cressida?14 Jun 2007 23:21 GMT3
I've got the engine at the machine shop and am wondering about the
timing belt idler/tensioner pulley. How long would you expect the
factory pulley to last? The car has 130k on it. They want over $100
for another, and it appears to be a dealer only item. No other place
Adding Yaris Side Airbags14 Jun 2007 23:04 GMT19
So I stupidly wasn't paying attention when I bought my Yaris and it
only contains the front airbags. I was wondering if it was possible/
feasible to have the side/curtain airbags installed and about how much
that would cost.

Highlander Hybrid Ltd AWDi -- what is your mileage?14 Jun 2007 18:43 GMT20
Hi...
I recently bought a 2007 Highlander Hybrid Limited AWD-i.  My gas mileage
isn't what I thought it would be.  I didn't expect to get the numbers on the
window sticker, but I thought it might be close.

1994 paseo14 Jun 2007 17:30 GMT9
I have a paseo that starts fine when cold. If you drive the car and
shut it off for a few minutes it is hard to start. The only way I can
get it to start is push the gas pedal to the floor and it starts like
it is flooded. I took out the injectors and had them rebuilt but that

Toyota Corolla Engine Oil Change Guide For New Owners14 Jun 2007 04:49 GMT6
I just changed the oil again in my 2005 Toyota Corolla S and decided
to take pictures and create a guide for new owners. It's a simple
procedure, and you can obviously save money by doing it yourself.

Front Bumper Insect Guts14 Jun 2007 02:53 GMT25
The insects that perish on the front bumper (Camry) die abruptly but as
a final act of vengence they make it so their lifeless bodies are real
difficult to scrub off. Anyone have any neat ideas on how to minimize
this on a long trip. As I mentioned earlier, we are heading to ...
