Toyota vans in USA ???03 Aug 2007 10:45 GMT1
Can someone tell me what the range (if any) of smaller Toyota vans or bigish
people carriers are available to buy in the USA. Anything from 1997 to 2008.
Was the Hiace van sold in the USA ? I know its available in central and
south America and the Caribbean.

Who has some ideas before I REALLY dig in on my kid's car.
1995 Celica in good condition with low-average miles. Recently the ABS
check light started coming on, seemingly at random, with a variety of
codes such as:
I don't get putting new tires on rear axle02 Aug 2007 13:27 GMT17
I understand the concept that understeer (loss of traction of front
tires) is easier to recover than oversteer (loss of traction of rear
tires), so please don't try to explain that concept. I have read this

I seem to remember that one could get a list of all the factory installed
option codes by using the VIN number, is this possible?  Where?

27k miles on spark plugs abt right?01 Aug 2007 15:36 GMT18
My 2000 Mazda Protege has abt 27, 000 miles on the
spark plugs (copper ones I think).
The car seems to be idling rough.  Is 27k on a set of
plugs abt right? Time to change them out?
My Camry runs rough in idle when I turn on the ac... why??01 Aug 2007 05:18 GMT2
I have an old 91 Toyota Camry with a V6 engine.  It is a great running
car except for a recent problem.  I am finding that when I have the ac
on, it runs very rough in idle.  When I cut the ac off, it runs just
fine.  Is this because it is overcharged??  Any other possibility?
Rav 4 question-4WD?01 Aug 2007 05:06 GMT14
I am preparing to buy a 2008 Rav4 as soon as they come out. But I have
a question about 4WD.
Is it a good idea to get it? Does it make sense to get e Rav4 without
it?
Pads and Shoes change on ABS?01 Aug 2007 02:56 GMT1
I have a 2003 camry with ABS and am about ready to change pads and
shoes. Is there anything different in doing this on a car with ABS than
on a car without it? Any help will be appreciated as I usually do my own
work.
