Towing package for 2002 Sienna05 Oct 2007 17:57 GMT2
I'll be towing a small trailer at times this winter. Less than 1500 pounds
total weight. I've noticed that there are several frame receivers on the
market. Any suggestions on which style might work best for me.
Thanks, in advance, for all replies.
Where, other than dealer, can my Highlander be serviced?05 Oct 2007 06:07 GMT11
I need to take my 2006 Highlander in for a 10k service.  My dealer is
an hour away and I'd prefer to take it someplace more local to me if I
could.
What equipment would a place need to have on hand in order to be able
1990 Camry, 4 cyl. 2.0: One Mechanic says Fuel Pump, two others say I don't think so...?05 Oct 2007 05:49 GMT11
For the last 8 weeks I have had a starting issue with my car. I put
the key in, I turn it to start, she starts....then dies. All lights
come on the dash and no engine...I would turn the key again...and she
would start just fine and no driveablity issues. this normally only
Buying a 2007 demonstrator05 Oct 2007 05:18 GMT6
Any idea what a demonstrator (Toyota Yaris 2007, 2000 miles) should go
for if the new 2008 models are selling for an MSRP of  $15,000 and
Toyota sells new models for close to MSRP.
Old Celica having problems with cold05 Oct 2007 04:35 GMT8
I have an old Celica GT  1990 which begins to have trouble starting as
the weather gets colder. It looks like there is not enough power to
start the engine because the ignition makes contact but struggles.
Both the battery and the alternator were replaced in the last 2 years.
What should a fuel filter cost me installed?04 Oct 2007 22:58 GMT1
We were talking about fuel filters here awhile back, for my 93 DX wagon.
What should a new fuel filter cost me, installed?
{{ OT }}  Oakland should appologize to our troops.04 Oct 2007 15:55 GMT8
Oakland shamefully denied our troops to disembark from an aircraft into the
terminal. The ONLY reason this would be reasonable would be if all of the
gates were filled, but I've been to Oakland and the gates are never
filled.Nobody wants to go to Oakland ...
1998 Avalon turn signal04 Oct 2007 15:12 GMT5
The left front blinker bulb is out on my 98 Avalon. The owners manual
shows removal of one philips head screw to release the assembly from the
car. I've removed the screw and pried fairly forcefully around the
assembly, enough to crack the plastic on one area. What am I missing?
07 prius automatic rear view mirror?04 Oct 2007 04:13 GMT6
I am getting annoyed, actually I have been annoyed for over 6000 miles with
the automatic rear view mirror in my 07 prius package 5.  the mirror never
dims in the daytime when someone has bright daytime running lights.  at
night, the mirror is often not dark enough.
Air con repair/R134 conversion03 Oct 2007 19:13 GMT14
Firstly this is on a 1991 Toyota Supra 2.5TT JZA70 MkIII with R12 air
con. This might be better answered by someone who knows about air con
etc....
My air con stopped working, had it recharged, and it barely worked after
changing the triple belts on a 95 corrolla 1.8l03 Oct 2007 19:08 GMT1

The belts that go around the alternator , waterpump and air

a girl with a 4runner and clutch problems. PLEASE HELP ME.03 Oct 2007 16:39 GMT8
I have an 86 Toyota 4runner. Recently out driving it was fine. We went
up some pretty big dirt mounds, I don't know if that  has anything to
do with it, but afterwards we couldn't get the truck to go into first
gear. The clutch is going straight to the floorboards with no
Will you little boys stay on topic?03 Oct 2007 13:47 GMT48
Most grown-ups visiting this newsgroup aren't interested in
reading your political drivel.
Keep it to Toyotas and cars.
Ford sales nose dive 21%03 Oct 2007 03:41 GMT3
http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D8S18C201&show_article=1
Granted the fall off has something to do with the economy or housing
market... but when you see Ford take a 21% nose dive, and Toyota only a 4%
nose dive... you know who has the superior product...
prius rims for snow tires?03 Oct 2007 03:06 GMT6
I am considering a spare set of rims for my 2007 prius.  I see many used or
pull-off alloy rims on eBay.  Do the Prius rims fit other Toyotas too/can I
buy from another model of Toyota?
What about the air pressure sensors - will the car sense the 4 new rims or
