My 99 Camry began to have this pinging sound from the engine.
Sound becomes stronger when I press gas. And frequency seems to be the
same as engine rotation speed.
What could be wrong? I am thinking that one of the sparks went bad. In

7MGE for an '89 Cressida.
The factory manual advises to align to TDC compression which I've done
as precisely as I'm able. Notch on the main pulley centered on the 0
mark, marks on the cam drive wheels lined up with the notches on the
