Am considering purchasing a 2007 or 2008 Camry from US and importing to Canada. for resale purposes I would like to replace the speedo to read KM/H as primary measurement ( in replace of imperial).

I've been driving my 2007 Toyota Yaris for about 6 months now. When I turn the engine on, the "maintenance required" sign comes on for a while. Eventually it goes away, but the light never came on before. It's been like that for about a day.

When I removed the damaged tail/brake/backup light assembly, I saw a sealant between the plastic assembly and the painted metal opening over which it fits. The sealant is to prevent water leaking behind the assembly and into the trunk.
