I now am certain I used to have A/C in my 1985 Toyota Tercel21 Apr 2008 16:26 GMT11
I was so stunned when the mechanic I asked to charge my A/C told me there
wasn't any A/C.
I took the car to him 3 times last month to get new rotors, an axle, and a
bearing.
2004 Sienna Low control arm21 Apr 2008 04:11 GMT1
My Sienna is about 4 years old and mileage is 64000 Kilometers. I was
told by the dealership that the left control arm poped out. But I
haven’t noticed anything such as noise.
1) Do I have to repair it right away?
Toyota's Suck20 Apr 2008 23:32 GMT68
Doing maintenance on a 14 year old 4-runner has made me realize that
the Japanese never considered the repair mechanic when designing it.
Simple parts like the fuel filter and starter motor are in the most
inaccessible places.  Compared to the  Chevrolets I've owned,  a '59

My son rolled his 96 forerunner on it’s top. We got it home , drained
the oil out of the cylinders and fired it up. It ran pretty good for a
minute then started to blow white smoke when it warmed up. The hood
came down on to the intake of the v6. Theres no anti freeze in the oil
The price of Gas in UK20 Apr 2008 18:05 GMT18
While we complain about our gas prices, people in the UK pay $8.60 a
gallon.  When our price hits $5.00 there will be a lot of SUVs and
4x4's in the junk yard.
Question about the Allman Brothers...20 Apr 2008 17:43 GMT16
Sorry, no OT, I wanted everyone to see it in case they have the answer...
In the current line up (since 2000, I believe), who is the blond haired
'kid' who plays the SG Special? I have never seen anyone play the guitar
like that before. He plucks the lower strings with his thumb ...

For the first time in 5 years...20 Apr 2008 06:39 GMT7
I have a FULL TANK of gas in the Supra (Of course, on the day they raise
the price by SEVENTEEN CENTS  a gallon.
Had to remove the tank (which I said I wouldn't do again), replaced the
filler neck and used gasket sealant on it. I filled it over half and got
91 Corolla A/C idle up valve20 Apr 2008 03:36 GMT2
I would like to ask for a 91 corolla A/C idle up valve (ACIV)
Assuming A/C is switched on and set to the coolest position.
During warm up there isn't problem (If I remove the connector to the ACIV
the engine will  run  very slow and almost die off due to the A/C load)
