the A.C. compressor belt on my 4-runner?  Futhermore, I'm still

I can't seem to drain all the oil out.  I jack it up on one side, and I can
only get 3 quarts drained out.
I have over-filled sometimes putting in the 3rd quart.

Door will not open from outside OR inside the car. The pull up / push
down knob is STUCK and won't move. Usually a plastic piece will brake
but that would cause the knob to go Up and Down but the knob just
won't budge. No power windows or locks on this one.

Saw it on the news just now. Not sure if it was a local municipality or
the whole state, but they  want to be able to  ticket people who hang
