Did you ever get that interment overheating problem fixed?  Another
thread here on the group has jogged my rusty memory.  I had a '59 Ford
back when I was a kid that would do the same thing.  It would overheat
at highway speed but was fine around town or at idle.  I did
1982 Tercel Radiator18 Apr 2008 03:50 GMT2
I'm replacing a radiator for a 1982 Toyota Tercel (manual
transmission).  I received a Ready-Rad Radiator (#433689) with has the
two connections for the coolant, a connection for the temperature
switch, and two connections for what appears to be the coolant lines
Jimmy Carter should be arrested... (ot)18 Apr 2008 02:05 GMT97
upon his return to the United States, he should be arrested and tried for
treason...
of course, he should have been tried for treason when he released that
treasonous book...
Only with the Clintons... (ot)18 Apr 2008 00:58 GMT7
Only with the Clintons, a fair debate is one where an ex staffer drills the
running mate with pointless enquirer B.S....
Yet, Obama still won the debate.
Ray O!! - - Belts, Hoses and fluids.18 Apr 2008 00:10 GMT5
Hi Ray,
Has there been anything written about interval to replace belts/hoses?  I
seem to remember 3-4 years was good rule of thumb but seems that new ones
have better life.
Denny Hamlin Wins Sprint Cup Race on Bosch spark plugs in 200817 Apr 2008 19:50 GMT1
Some mechanics don't know how to handle Bosch plugs and try to re-gap
them and then blame Bosch. This damages the very thin center electrode
and cause problems. You should not re-gap Bosch or NGK Iridiums with
very thin center electrodes, that's what the instructions say if
Honda Accord or Toyota Avalon??17 Apr 2008 19:05 GMT7
I am considering the purchase of either the Honda Accord or the
Toyota Avalon for my wife's use.  Both seem to be very nice cars but
good and not good features to each.
On the Honda Accord, I am concerned about the engine which runs on

Democrats using AGISM against McCain. (ot)17 Apr 2008 12:20 GMT9
I will be voting for Obama, but I find it interesting that Democrats are
using age against John McCain. Is this not the same group of Dems who
endorsed Kerry and would be endorsing him today if he had won in 2004?
What is odd is that it is usually the Democrats who are against
A/C suddenly not working17 Apr 2008 09:53 GMT15
I have a '97 Corolla, and had the timing belt replaced last month.
This past weekend, I turned on the A/C and received nothing but the
fan blowing air. Prior to having that work done, I had no problems
with the A/C at all - and I do use it during the winter, to defog the
2003 Highlander wiper fluid17 Apr 2008 06:21 GMT3
Is there only one washer fluid reservoir in the 2003 Highlander that
serves both front and rear windows?
My old Subaru Legacy had one in the front and back.
If indeed  only one, great! One less thing to worry about.
More questions about my Toyota Tercel Wagon...17 Apr 2008 06:14 GMT3
I've never been able to locate the horn.  It works intermittently.  I once
sanded the contacts in the steering wheel and it worked perfectly unless I
adjusted the wheel downward.  I once heard the horn is near the radiator,
but I have searched for it with no success.  The way ...

'99 Corolla Starter Problem?16 Apr 2008 23:44 GMT3
I have a '99 Corolla.  I went to start it and no indication of the starter
trying to turn the engine.  The lights... work fine.  No dimming of the
lights when I try to start the car.
The only two things I can think is the starter or something with the after
