This is odd. Today as I was coasting into a gas station parking lot, I was going too slowly, so I decided to push down on the accelerator pedal a bit. The car's RPMs increased (I heard the RPM rev up), but the car did not move forward any faster than

| I'm gonna stop driving for about 6 months | 09 Jul 2008 10:45 GMT | 129 |
we haven't had no-fault insurance here for ~30 years. The state allowed it again in April. People are going nutz with the new low insurance rates. I upped the coverage on the Supra and am paying half of what I was before.

My car is a US model. I already have the DRL module installed BUT it was probably deactivated for the US cars market. I found a quick way to have my lights remain ON at all times by probably opening the light sensor circuit (or close it, whatever it

And this is why. I'll wait for all the *morons* to either get speeding tickets or accidents and get their insurance rates doubled, and hopefully they'll learn a lesson... Before they kill someone.

| Libertarians for Obama Organization Gains Strength as Millions of Libertarians Express Support for Obama | 08 Jul 2008 18:14 GMT | 3 |
"One of the simplest ways to describe libertarian philosophy is that it stands for shrinking government. Bush has obviously been one of the most anti-libertarian presidents this country has seen in that regard. As far as McCain is concerned, he will continue the Bush trend."

| Any way to keep the 12 v outlets ON on my Sienna? | 08 Jul 2008 17:21 GMT | 52 |
I love my 07 Sienna van...but....the interior 12 volt outlets go off when the key goes off. I know the reason ( to prevent battery run down if something is plugged in)...but...I would far rather take a chance on leaving something plugged in

| Toyota TSB about 30-weight and 20-weight oils | 08 Jul 2008 04:55 GMT | 12 |
Here's a copy of an interesting Toyota TSB from March 29, 2006. It lists the engines Toyota says can use 20-weight oil, even though at least some of these engines specify 30-weight oil in their owner's manuals.
