2 of the 14 are now empty and a third has a final judgement against it. But they're not leaving (as the oil filter guy would say) WTF? Another has taken down his for sale sign since the people on this side have received inquiries from the city about buying our homes.

One of the homes that has a final judgement on it had the real estate sign taken down and the lock box removed. The foreclosure judgement was final in December. I don't understand how they are still in there. In the judgement there was a date of auction of feb '09.
