I've got an '02 Sienna. I tried to change the oil last night, but after it drained out, the oil filter refused to budge! I tried the usual socket cap (which just kept slipping), then I tried PB Blaster, then I tried using a razor to try and cut the rubber gasket (not easy

(I posted this on the Camry board, no response.) One of the two license plate lights has failed, and I need to replace the bulb to get a warrant of fitness (I live in NZ). I can't see how to get to the bulb. Can anyone cast any light on this?
