Having failed miserably to find the answer using Google can anyone tell me if I can remove the above head unit to get to the back of the radio to plug in an iPod lead (this one if it makes any difference http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/view_product.php?partno=AFOIPOD005)?

My 10 disc changer is starting to skip (it's a good 10 years old), how compatible are the (rather wide) range of Sony changers currently available? I'll check the changer make & headset number tomorrow morning.

Is there anywhere I can get the connectors for the top connector, so as to make up an extension lead? I can find the power and speakers plugs and sockets - but not one for the top connector (which goes to the steering wheel controls, IIUC)

I've just dragged the above head unit out of a cupboard to replace the standard fit radio/CD in my Fabia. It's working fine, but I'm sure I remember that the illumination clour is switchable. I've lost the manual, so I got a dowlnloaded scanned manual from some dodgy website,
