I have just bought a new Civic and want a reversing sensor but are not
willing top pay the £400+ for a Honda one. I also am not too happy
about having holes cut into the bumper.
I have found about an electromagnetic sensors that stick on tapes

Vovlo S/V70 T5 engine. - What age/mileage is the timing belt supposed
to be changed on one of these?
Also if it snaps on one of these, is it a type of engine that will get

I've a 2001 Clio, and recently the rear wiper has been malfunctioning.
Turning the switch to on (it should wipe every few seconds), it does
the initial wipe, but fails to park properly (about 3/4 of the way
back). Then, it fails to start after the time delay.

A friends daughter put 10 quids worth of unleaded in her 3 month old
diesel Golf last night. She realised immediately and put 20 quids worth
of diesel in straightaway. Will the petrol do any damaged, or will it
need to be drained off? He said it was pinking last night but seems OK

Recently took my Daewoo Lanos for the new computerised MoT.  It passed
but I noticed on the emissions test page that the maximum CO limits are
lower than the previous 2 years results that I have.  Maximum fast idle
CO previously quoted 0.30 & natural idle 0.50, but now it says ...

Car is a 1998 Fiesta Si 1.25.
Background is that 3 days ago, I changed the brake pads, as one had just
worn down to the backing plate (I know I should've changed it sooner).
I took the wheels off, the discs are in fairly good condition, quite shiny

I have a 1998 Renault Scenic RXE which has a problem with the central
locking.
The driver's side rear door does not unlock when the car is opened.
The servo for the lock is moving, but I don't think it is moving enough

How do I remove the valve core from a tyre?
I have got a removal tool, but i don t know how to use it.
I have tried to turn the valve core but the tool (plastic) cracked
under the pressure i was applying.

I have a P reg Rover Metro 1.4 Gsi.  Just before Xmas a friend fitted a
re cored radiator and at the same time I replaced the old battery and
fully charged it up.  As it was declared offroad and standing idle on
the driveway I turned over the engine once a week to stop the battery

The warning buzzers in my car (05 reg Toyota Corolla) are very quiet. The
dealer says nothing can be done about it. Does anyone have any ideas how I
might be able to make them sound louder?  Thanks

OK i've got the lens off pretty easy, but how do I get the actual
cluster off (the bit holding all the bulbs) ???
It seems to be almost free from the body, but something is just
holding it in ??? You cannot get your hands in from inside the boot.

I'm going to put a radio I took out of a dead Sierra into a non-ford
vehicle, so simply plugging in isn't an option.  I cut off a bit of the
wiring with the radio, and the wires are -

Hi, bought a second hand remote key for a W reg 206, no manual came with the
car when bought few months ago, do anyone know how to re-program the key to
the car remote control, or need to pay a fortune to Peugeot dealer?
