It has been suggested to my daughter in her anti natal classes that she might like to immobilise the passenger side airbag on her Astra so that the baby due in a few weeks can be carried in the front safely. Her hubby wants to have a go at doing this but I have advised caution.

The other day I was driving and on braking the pedal went to the floor with almost no resistance. I stopped for a while and the problem seemed to rectify itself. I had the car checked in a garage but they could find no fault with the brake system.

Can anyone tell me the spark plug gap setting for 2 Micras, please. I have a 1400cc version manufactured in early 2002 and my wife has the 1100cc version manufactured in early 2003. Very many thanks.
