I've recently managed to aquire a "Hauberg Autolift" from Auto Industries, Leeds (according to the label). Enquiries have failed for them in Leeds. It must be a good few years old as it's an old style number from before the changeover.

Car needs an oil change, and I can get a good deal on some fully synthetic 5W40 oil. It currently has the manufactuer-recommended semi-synthetic 10W40 in it. I take it there will be no problems with using the fully synthetic instead? Car is a Fiat Bravo 1.8.

Posted yesterday to 'alt.autos.bmw' with no replies so far, so thaught I'd try here. My problem is removing the black grilles alongside the fog lights, to get at the upward facing bolts holding the bumper.

Found a replacement BMW for my trip next month to Germany, a 525 Tourer with fsh, its a auto petrol, a M reg Seen some pics and has a tow bar but i cannot see any of the sockety thing for the electrics to hook up a trailer....someone has given me a diddy tent

I've got a problem on my Toyota Celica 2.0GT 1998 The oil low light came on about 2 weeks before my 54K service was due, stopped and checked the dipstick and it was about 1/5 full, so fair enough it was getting low.

hi, have a fiat"cuntogetinto" 96 reg as a runaround for the wife, only problem is that the driver door hinge makes a terrible noise when opened! is it much of a job to change the hinge mechanism, thinkig of gettin a replacement from a breakers yard ?
