Further to my fuel economy issue, I notice that there is a strong whiff
of fuel/petrol through the oil filler hole. Seems a bit gassy.

my car is using alot of water in the space of 15 mins its overheatin
ive changed the radiator and checked there is no air locks no visabl
sign of head gasket as water and oil are not milky any advise would b

I jacked up my car and the jacking point where you jack it up there is a
black mould that you aim you jack onto has come off.
Its not broken and can be pushed back in but its no adhered to it like the
others with some black glue looking thing.

Why do oil warning lights on cars come on when the oil is at a critical
level, why not an amber red countdown, that way you know wether its a
catastrophic oil loss and shut down immediately, or drive to the
nearest garage to investigate.
