Rover 216 (98) - coolant loss21 Nov 2006 15:57 GMT12
Hi folks, this car is losing coolant gradually - need to top up the
expansion tank every few weeks - there is no evidence of leaks from
hoses, the inside of the oil filler cap is clean, the guy who serviced
it a few months ago advised to "keep an eye on it" as he had done a

Bought an L reg 1.1C Metro on Sunday, 260 quid, 45k miles, 5mths tax & MoT,
new exhaust, really nice condition for year, runs very nicely. Inevitably
there is a bit of rust (just the OSR wheelarch really, and not much
considering it's a 13 year old Metrot). Have cleaned it off ...

I'm new to this user group, and have a 'W' Reg Ford Mondeo GLX 5 Door (petrol).

Punto Mk2 rear lights - strange behavior21 Nov 2006 10:38 GMT5
The nearside rear lights on my Punto started behaving very oddly a few
weeks ago, whenever I put the indicator on I noticed the indicator
blinking noise sped up for a few clicks then went back to normal. I
eventually checked the lights and discovered the indicator, brake and

Can anyone advise what's the correct tyres pressure or pressures for an L

Rover 214 1400cc 8 years old (No year letters on Belfast regs)
Lost coolant & overheated. Emulsified oil & water found in air filter
assembly. Sump oil level seems OK with no emulsification. No sign of
apparent external leakage.
