OK.  Does anyone have any ideas on the problem and if so is it a diy fix or
garage.  Any idea of the approx garage cost would be ...

My 1996 Transit has a Ford 2015 audio unit.
I've just had some welding work done on the van and the battery

Are led bulbs illegal?15 Dec 2006 18:50 GMT12
I thought these were not street legal but apart from the chav mobiles I
also notice my local buses all have LED indicator & stop/tail bulbs

grinding your discs away, but it's mysteriously gone away...
Drums/bearings question15 Dec 2006 13:49 GMT3
Got a 1999 Mk1 Fiat Punto 60, 94k miles, definitely needs rear brake shoes
and both rear brake cylinders replacing.
Brake drums have been declared to be close to max. allowable internal
diameter and "unevenly worn". When queried this they said one was worn 0.8mm

Pay as you drive14 Dec 2006 13:53 GMT94
Don't we already pay as we drive in tax on petrol? Why not just up the tax
on petrol heavily. It would be a lot cheaper/easier/quicker than installing
GPS devices in every REGISTERED car in Britain. How do they plan on doing
this? Sure if it becomes so expensive to drive I might ...
