I noticed that my car does not have effective reversing lights on the drivers side. Is there some regulation prohibiting lights on the rear drivers side?

I have a peugeot 106 independance Over the past couple of months I have noticed that I am losing water in my radiator I am having to top up almost every day. I have recently had the head gasket changed as i was getting oil in in the water and vice versa.

I have a Renault Megane from 2001. For the fourth time, the ignition coils have failed. The previous 3 times were covered under warranty so I was not charged for replacements. This time I phoned Arnold Clark Renault and was told I'd have to pay £70 for a diagnostics test.

crikey is the money ford charge, (£190 ) remotely related to the amount of work/ materials required for a service on a '02 reg. Diesel Focus ? I'm thinking Oil + filter + fuel filter, max 2 hrs work.. Always do my own oil changes but the new car is under a years warranty

I`m looking for a decent source of advice on a VW Passat - maintenance tips, help in doing little tricky jobs (like reconnecting the water pipe to the rear windscreen squirter - I don`t think it could have been made less accessible deliberately!).

what temp is the fan supposed to kick in ? i replaced the switch still didnt work wirings ok as i bridged it at the switch and fashioned a switch at the fuse box - fan works great.
