Nissan Micra 1.0 Tempest 199812 Mar 2007 10:08 GMT15
I've just bought a Micra (K11) 1998 Tempest only to find that it
hasn't got a cigarette lighter (it's got a plastic blanking plate
instead). Is there anyway to add one as my SatNav relies on it!

Windsceen fitting.11 Mar 2007 20:02 GMT5
I had a new rear windscreen fitted on the insurance and it's leaking.
I've got the makers workshop manual and that says to use sealer between
window and rubber when fitting the rubber to the screen, and then sealer
(obviously) between rubber and body. I watched the fitter at work ...

Hi there. I have a '98 R-reg Nissan Micra "Equation" 1.0 from which I
am getting no response at all from. First thing I had noticed was that
the central locking wasn't working, so I had to unlock manually. Then,
when I turned the key in the ignition, the dash display didn't come on
strange indicator activity - Golf mk 311 Mar 2007 13:46 GMT7
I've recently noticed a problem on my Golf Mk 3 '94's indicators. They
generally work fine, but sometimes after indicating, they just stop - and
this is not about the stalk cancelling itself, its still in the indicate
position. I spent a few minutes scratching my head over this, ...
Oil change intervals11 Mar 2007 00:10 GMT70
When I lived in the States, they recommended changing the oil every
3,000 miles on my Dodge Shadow cabriolet. They seem to recommend these
v. short intervals for cars over there. Whilst here, they have much
longer intervals for changing the oil (mine's at 10k intervals)

Corsa Steering Vibration under braking10 Mar 2007 09:26 GMT2
My 2000 Corsa B has started to vibrate whilst braking from around 50 -

as it has seen some quite heavy braking. Is it possible to measure run-
out of the disks using a ruller or similar? If its not the disks what

2000 Corolla 1.6, had it serviced thursday at F1 Autocentre. I noticed later
that the engine management light was on. I took it back to them & they
cleared it (can't remember how).
The light came back on last night & I was also getting some pinking under

odometer was showing kms rather than miles.  I told them but was just

Is there an ultimate cylinder head bolt torque for a M reg Astra.
I say this as I seem to  remember when buying it, the guy said he had

Fiat code.09 Mar 2007 08:13 GMT5
I have a Fiat that when I bought it I was given a code which it says is to
be used when unable to start the car and dire warnings not to lose it.  What
is the point of this code and when does it get used?

Re my earlier posting. The problem is that  the steering wheel controls don`t
