Hi, just bought 2 new tyres on front of car, not sure what pressure they
should be inflated to. The tyre fitters obviously inflated them to a
pressure, should I just read that using a gauge and assume its the correct

The bearing on my alternator 1999 Vauxhall Astra 1.6 Petrol has
apparently worn or is wearing, and there is a whistling noise when the
engine runs.  This is the view of a qualified and experienced mechanic.
A new alternator costs £180.00. Can the bearing be replaced an that ?
