Was wondering how tight spark plugs have to be when they go in, never done it before. Just wondering if I can guage it by hand or if I need to buy a torque wrench. Cheers

Just tried to adjust the valve clearances in the wife's Ka. Mr. Haynes says to turn the crankshaft pulley so that piston 1 is a TDC. Fair enough.... it's impossible to get at that from above so I jack it up, remove driver wheel and wheel arch. Can I get at it now? No! Now the

I have a 2005 Zafira 1.9CDTI 6-speed automatic. I live in London and most of my miles are done in town driving (London). According to the Computer and my measurements the car is returning 28MPG. The book say it should be 47.

my 95 firebird worked fine than not even 5 minutes later i tryed to start it to move it and it just kept rolling over...it gets lots of gas and everything...i checked everything what is wrong with it???

I have a vauxhall astra estate, its a club edition 1.6, 8v. I had to replace the battery and after changing it round the remote locking does not work, in the manual it tells me to re-sync the key. This invloves turning on the ignition then pressing one of the buttons

I'm due to change the brake fluid on my Punto. Reading the Haynes manual, it gives a strong warning about ABS models. If the fluid is drained from the hydraulic modulator, the unit will become unservicable. Sounds expensive.
