I bought a 98 Corsa 1.0 3 Cylinder 12v yesterday. Whilst inspecting the car the owner told me he had just topped up the oil and uppon checking the dipstick I noticed that he had obviously put far too much oil in as the line was way above max.

Said error appeared with little orange engine symbol. Computer diag said: Manifold inlet motor failure. Replaced: sorted not! Anyone with experience of this and suggestions to solve?

The light now stays on permanently on my wife's Ford Focus Zetec. I think it may have been where I was running low on petrol as the fuel light came on 1st before the engine management light, thinking it was my diesel van I drove it a good few miles while I could feel it

Hi - I've treated minor rust on cars for years now, but it's never really worked for long. I've mainly used phosphorous pentoxide based rust converters. I've tried putting the stuff on without sanding first, also/or after sanding, painting with a primer, then top-coat.

Drove through what I thought was a small puddle lying on a road , only to find the road dipped in the middle and it was 2 foot deep :( Obviously car cut out and had to climb out of window and push it out Could not restart it and had to call rac , they couldn't start it either and
