In a moment of anger (I won't go into details...ahem!), the drivers side door on my Polo was slammed shut quite hard. Just after this happened, there was an odd, burning smell inside the car (no, not rage) and the seat belt reel appears to have locked.

Hi When our June 2002 Ford Fiesta 1.4 petrol needs a new air filter it is a job I would like to do but cannot see how to get the cover off its a rectanglar onewith the air inlet through the front grill. Taking off the 2 fixing screws does not open the cover..
