I have been helping somebody here at work with a 95 Escort who has the
old problem with sidelights, tail-lights and dash lights not lighting

Need help regarding the fuel system on a Mk2 TD 1.8 Mondeo. I put car
in for MOT & it failed the smoke test reading was 5.0. A pass is 3.0,

I have recently looked at a second hand car as in the subject field.
Noticed that under the carpet in the boot where the spare wheel is was

I finally got round to fitting them today, and while the 4 HT leads are

Does anyone know whether Ford Formula S/SD 5W40 Oil (Finis No. 1343522) is
fully synthetic or semi-synthetic?  It only says 'Synthetic Technology' on
the container, so I guess it could be either.
I also need to know whether this oil is suitable for diesel engines.  Is it

My Toyota Avensis (7 year old) has suddenly started to rev at 1800 rpm
when ideling if the engine is hot.  At start up its fine.  It hasn't
affected the performance or driving in any way.  I am thinking it must
be some sensor on the fuel system.
