Yesterday I was driving home from work and my car started bucking and

Can anyone help identify a problem with the nearside headlight on a
1997 hijet van. Nearside full beam stopped working recently, dipped
beam still ok. Occasionally when switching to full beam neither come
on, though usually offside works ok. Changed to new bulbs and sprayed

how do the seat belt pre tensioners work on fiesta front seats?
it seems besides a pyrotechnic fired on the reel to take up slack
it seems to have another one (looks like a long canister) for each
stalk (that you clip the seat belt into - near the hand brake)  .

It used to be easy to change most Ford pollen filters, a couple of screws
and it was there, under the bonnet.  But that was too easy, so they have
changed all that, 54 plate Focus:  under the dash board, remove 7 torx bolts
to get the glove box out, then take off the fuse box ...

Have been quoted £200 for an alternator for my 1994 Rover 220 - not
