How difficult / easy is it to get from DVLA a complete list of previous
owners for a vehicle under their 'reasonable cause' provision? From how
far back do they keep such records? Any personal experiences of success or
failure to get records?

Having problems with a 110HP hdi diesel, engine management light on,
showing anti pollution fault, does anyone know what this means? Is it
