Corsa wing mirror28 Nov 2007 10:30 GMT1
My wife's 54 corsa has wing mirrirs adjustable from inside.

Zafira diesel starting problem - suggestions.27 Nov 2007 18:48 GMT5
We have an occasional problem with starting our diesel Zafira when it has
been parked facing uphill. The motor turns, and although the engine seems to
catch, it feels fuel starved and simply won't start.  The only action that
will consistently start it is to put it in gear and ...

Both the valve stem seals and HG have gone on my Punto MK-II (8v 1.2l).
As I have a spare car at the moment I thought I'd tackle the job
myself.    Most out of interest to be honest.
I've bought a Draper Valve Spring Compressor (Stock No. 13892), but the

He said to regularly go up the motorway in *fourth*  gear to clean out the

I enjoyed that26 Nov 2007 17:45 GMT12
Ah, the joys of home mechanics. 4 hrs - cambelt and all the bits + 2
cam seals.
I'm not sure what was the most satisfying though - the car running or
the nice warm water to wash my hands afterwards - it's brass monkey
Scrapping Sierra26 Nov 2007 09:26 GMT8
I'm scrapping my old Sierra (1990 LX) and got most off it as spares for my
other Sierra, but can't see on first glance how to remove bumpers. All the
lights have been removed at the front so got acres of spare to peer into the
front of the body, but still can't see any obvious ...

Renault Scenic : constant pitch noise problem25 Nov 2007 21:46 GMT1
Would anyone know what the likely causes of a constant pitched noise,
really noticeable above 40mph? It sounds as though the noise is coming
from the rear (although I cannot be sure), yet it is a front wheeled
drive car.
Lovely joy25 Nov 2007 20:03 GMT1
After the frosts of last week, and mothers
over-handbrake-applicatory-exuberence, and the car being parked for some 4
days. Some selected words on my part, the S70 appeared to require new
handbrake shoes 'to the rear of the vehicle' as one wheel was locked solid,

Twelve important men from Yathrib went to Mecca to meet the Prophet
