Removed Citroen roof bars.17 Dec 2007 10:09 GMT4
Useless Citroen dealers.
The first one I rang said the keys were not available, but if I cared to
bring the van in, one of their engineers might have "something in his
toolbox" that could remove them.
Checking charging system16 Dec 2007 23:25 GMT4
My car's playing up a bit - seems that either the battery's not got enough
charge in it, or the alternator's not producing enough juice straight after
starting, and it can cough and splutter a bit if you don't rev it. This also

I have a corsa b R reg and the emission warning light has come on, at
the mot about 1 month ago we were told the exhaust will need changing
before the next mot, could this be the reason or is it likely to be
just the sensor?

A couple of weeks ago I acquired a VW camper from a motor dealer (via
Ebay, but with a dealer's receipt), with six months (ish) tax & test.
All in good faith.
Yesterday the V5 arrived, followed today by a letter from the Post
Honda Civic front wing16 Dec 2007 00:46 GMT1
Does anyone know if the front wings of 51-plate Civics are bolt-on? Are they
any harder to change that, say, a Cavalier? (A colleague has bent his).
Cheers,
Iain

Removing Citroen roof bars.14 Dec 2007 18:36 GMT21
Went to remove them and found they are secured by pentagonal drive 'Allen'
type socket screws so I'll have to buy one. Possibly from Citroen dealer,
but is there a special name for this type of key, as a google search doesn't
give any useful result?

For the last couple of weekends I've been doing a HG and valve stem seal
change on my Punto.
In my defence for this stupid question is it was f**kin' freezing,
blowing a gale and lashing down (or should I say near horizontal) with

My Focus was seriously iced up this morning, so I decided to run it for a
few minutes before going to work.
