Clio odometer11 Feb 2008 13:35 GMT2
Just got a clio 2001 dynamic diesel and the only readout on the

There are possibly more appropriate forums, but this place seems to be
where the real engine experts are.
I have a boat with two Volvo petrol engines. They are quite primitve,
carburetor fuelled lumps with four cylinders and no choke.

I Have a 54 1.4 Ford Focus and now the drivers electric window has
stopped working, it doesn't go down.  I removed the switch from the

door, which made me think the switch was ok and the motor was duff.
Which car for Private hire work?09 Feb 2008 17:32 GMT18
Yes, it is on topic, because I want to know which car, 7 years old or
less, but not too much less, is reliable and needs the least
maintainence.  This would be for airport trips mainly.
Mk3 mondy has a lot of reliability issues from talking to a couple of

Final question over Peugeot duplicate keys09 Feb 2008 12:08 GMT4
Before I go to the bother of getting a quote from Peugeot, could anyone
here tell me how much they're liable to charge for a duplicate of my
original remote control key (now lost)? Just the key, nothing else.
I have the original key-code card that came with the car.

Discs/Pads gone again in 3 months !!!!07 Feb 2008 13:12 GMT38
Took my Kia to a Nationwide Autocentre last October because there was
a serious shake when braking. They told me that the front disks were

Seemed OK for a few weeks but then the problem returned. Took it back

The cat on my Nissan QX is on its way out (had to have a new exhaust and
what looked like a couple of ceramic beads fell out of the cat end) so, my
question is - are there different qualities of cat, or is a cat a cat?
Anyone bought from these people and are they OK? Feedback ...
