Battery light25 Aug 2005 13:42 GMT55
I had a new alternator and battery fitted to the TI a couple of weeks
ago. Since this weekend the battery light is coming on and gets
brighter as revs rise, dimmer as they drop. The more electrical devices
I turn on inside the car, the brigter the battery light shines.

ADVANTAGES:
1) err, err, slightly more mpg (but more frequent oil changes and servicing
initial cost more than cancel that out unless you do about 100,000 miles per
year!)

More Alternator related shenanigans.23 Aug 2005 15:56 GMT8
Seeing as i were reading fishmans problems thought i might as well pick the
UKRCM collective brains on my problems.

alternator had went dolally and overvolted and fried a few things.
